弊社よりお客様向けのサービスツールとしてご提供している、Teradata @ Your Service、ServiceConnect、ServiceLinkは問題が確認されたOpenSSLバージョン1.0.1~同1.0.1f、同1.0.2-beta~同1.0.2-beta1を過去、現在において使用しておりません。よって、CVE-2014-0160により、お客様向けサービスツール上で暗号化処理された情報が漏えいすることはありません。

 CVE-2014-0160の弊社製品への影響につきましては、Teradata @ Your Serviceにログイン後、「ホーム」メニュー中の「はじめに」に掲載されている"Heartbleed脆弱性への対応について"をご確認ください。

Teradata's Customer Facing Service Applications such as Teradata@YourService, ServiceConnect, and ServiceLink are Not impacted by this vulnerability because Teradata does not have now and has never had in the past any impacted version of OpenSSL deployed with these solutions.

All Teradata and Business Application Products have been evaluated for exposure related to the software OpenSSL / "heartbleed" bug.  A listing of our products can be found in Getting Started under Frequently Asked Questions.
